| Elizabeth graduated high honors with a B.S., and a M.S. in Food Science from the College of Agriculture, University of Delaware. Since earning her Masters, Liz has worked as a Teaching Assistant for the University of Delaware, a Science Module Co-Developer for Somerset/Hunterdon County Business and Education Partnership Science Alliance, and most recently a Teaching Aid for the Perkiomen Valley School District. Liz is an avid outdoors person, hiking in the warmer months and spending her spare time in the winter working as a ski instructor. She is passionate about teaching children about the thing she enjoys the most, being outdoors and the environment. |
