The 2026 Flannel Formal

Take part in celebrating and supporting the watershed during our in-person event on Friday, September 25th from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm at the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy in Schwenksville, PA. Our online Silent Auction to benefit the Conservancy will open for bidding on Friday, September 18th. The online Silent Auction will close for bidding during the in-person event on Friday, September 25th. Silent Auction items will be on display online and in-person at the event! Take part in our Silent Auction to support the Conservancy’s environmental education programs, conservation projects and outdoor recreation events. It’s a win-win… you get great locally-crafted items while supporting a great cause!

Each year, local individuals and organizations that have shown a commitment to protecting and preserving our local environment are recognized for their tremendous efforts. Please join us at the Flannel Formal to honor and recognize our 2026 Environmental Awardees for their wonderful work!

The Flannel Formal and Silent Auction will include:

• Appetizers, small plates, refreshments, and desserts for all attendees!

• Cash bar featuring beer and wine!

• Fire pit & S’mores Station, Floating Classroom Tours, Wagon Rides, Nature Art Crafts, & More!

• Fun Dress Code: Flannel Formal! Join us in your finest and most festive flannels.

• Environmental Awardee highlight posters honoring the contributions of our 2026 awardees to the Perkiomen Creek Watershed.

• A locally sourced In-Person & Online Auction that supports the Conservancy. The Silent Auction will be open for bidding starting Friday, September 18th at 8:00 am via our website. Silent auction bidding will close on Friday, September 25th at 8:00 pm. Auction items will be displayed online via our auction platform and also in-person at the Flannel Formal! Auction bids are submitted online via your smart phone or computer. Bids can be made remotely or during the event on your smart phone.   • Online Auction bidding registration is free. You must register to participate in the Silent Auction. Simply register to start browsing and bidding on locally donated items from your computer or smartphone! If you registered for the 2026 Benefit & Online Auction, you do not need to re-register for this event.

• Online Auction item winners are highly encouraged to pick-up any auction items they won from the Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy.
